Free Charge Privileges

When your business's credit privileges has been approved you will enjoy free charge privileges for 30 days. If you don't have an account, please fill out our online application form (aussi disponible en français).

Payment Terms

Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for approved account customers. Overdue accounts are subject to late payment charges and may result in delayed delivery of orders. If you do not have an account with us, we accept cash, debit, Visa, Master Card and American Express at our retail locations.

Prices Subject to Change

All product pricing is as of the date of posting to the web site and are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at prices prevailing at date of order. Prices and specifications advertised on our web site are subject to error.  If errors should appear, we apologize for any inconvenience and reserve the right to correct them.

Special Orders

If you don't see it in our catalogue, give us a call. If it is distributed in Canada, Covey's will find it for you.
Special Order returns are subject to a 20% administration fee.

Damaged Goods

If a freight or courier company delivers, claim is to be made by the customer with the delivery company at the time of delivery. In the case of a damaged shipment, make note of discrepancy on the bill of lading. Keep the parcel's packaging for inspection where there is concealed damage. Contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for return of the damaged item(s).

Delivery

FREE NEXT-DAY delivery within New Brunswick* or EXPRESS DELIVERY within two hours for as low as $7.69   (*Monday to Friday, Within Local Area, Some restrictions Apply. Orders outside Fredericton/Oromocto must be $75.00 or greater to qualify for free delivery.) (For Furniture Delivery freight charges MAY APPLY. Please contact your Sales Representative for particulars)

Return Policy

We are happy to make exchanges or refunds on any catalogue item. Please return your merchandise in it's original packaging, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 30* days of purchase. Please let us know your reason for returning the product.  (*14 Days for Office Machines - Printers, fax, copiers etc.) (Contact your Sales Representative for particulars)
Special Order returns are subject to a 20% administration fee.
Please complete the Manual Return Authorization form and fax/mail it to us for authorization.

Back Orders

In the event that we are unable to fill your entire order, you will be billed only for the items that are shipped. Your Invoice will indicate those items that are on Back Order. These items will be shipped as they become available. If at any time you want to cancel a Back Order, please contact one of our Customer Service reps.
