National Accounts Program - NAP - Your National Contract Network

NAP’s only purpose is to develop national programs with consistent and competitive pricing and dedicated local service.

Basic’s National Account Program (NAP) was formed to give our customers the same high level of service from Coast to coast by a locally owned Office Product supplier. In the fall of 2000 we joined with the American Office Products Distributors, to expand our distribution to North America. AOPD was formed in 1978 to offer national contract agreements and nationwide distribution to customers. Today, AOPD is the world's largest network distributor of office products.

NAP has the flexibility to tailor your contract to your specific needs - pricing options, ordering methods, catalogs, billing and payment options and reporting - all customizable by location, not just by contract.

By utilizing local distributors, Basics can be more responsive and flexible to give you superior local service. Each distributor is required to have a dedicated "NAP Contract Team" consisting of a National Accounts Administrator, Systems Manager and National Accounts Sales Manager. These teams ensure efficient implementation and operation of each NAP contract.

The NAP System oversees all aspects of your contract, ensuring contract adherence, pricing integrity and accurate invoicing. All NAP distributors are linked electronically to the NAP Central System though on site Management Systems, providing a uniform platform of systems operation at all locations.

Free Returns Policy

We are happy to make exchanges or refunds on any catalogue item. Please return your merchandise in it's original packaging, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 30* days of purchase. Please let us know your reason for returning the product. (*14 Days for Office Machines - Printers, fax, copiers etc.)
